  • So here it goes...

    This journey will not always be easy. I will not only post when I'm motivated and doing well. I think it's important to acknowledge when it's not going so well. Now, I can't say that I've been stuffing my face with fast food and junk, but I just have not been feeling motivated. Do you all remember my post below from a week ago? This past week has really proven to be the ultimate test. Although I have been good nutrition wise, I haven't had the motivation to work out or drink all my water (1 gallon a day is my goal). I pushed myself to do TWO workouts this past week. TWO!!! I usually do 5 or 6 per week. Im not going to be hard on myself because I understand that this is part of the journey. Im learning how to get through the not so good moments and keep going. I just have to keep going. I haven't gained any weight, but I also haven't lost. At this rate, my goal below may not be attainable. I gotta get back to the drawing board and figure this out!
