It can be water, muscle soreness anything. Don’t let it get you down

Don’t give up. Weight is always in flux. Focus on staying diligent to your exercise, hydration and nutrition. If you are in calorie deficit too long sometimes you will get stuck... give yourself and extra 50-100 calories for a couple days the hit it again. Good luck!
