Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

  • My scale isn't playing nice, and I'm basically at my starting weight right now.... but I told my husband today that spending the $50 per month (Canadian dollars haha) has been more valuable to me than a gym membership because it's really keeping me focused on improving. I'm SO much fitter than when I started, my clothes are fitting better and I feel amazing. I'm training for my first 10km run in June and actually look forward to my runs and workouts every day! My kids and husband are noticing great changes in my energy levels and mood. So, if I don't lose a single pound on the scale I'll be peeved and annoyed that I "lost" so much money, but at the same time I am really really grateful that I found this program!!! Consistency and slow, steady progress over perfection ???? This morning I ran to Starbucks for a dark roast coffee with oat milk. The sun feels amazing!
