  • When we get serious about weight loss and improving our health, there are a lot of changes we go through and lot of things we stop doing or eating. I'm sure there are many things that we miss a long the way. I was wondering what is something in your weight loss plan that you have changed that you don't miss for one second, and never want to go back to?

Not exercising. Never really did it before but now...I’ll never stop. I walk/jog.

I will never miss the lack of energy. I FEEL so much better with clean, well balanced meals. I will not miss having to be the "no Mom" because I couldn't do something or was too embarrassed to do it. They deserve the "yes" Mom I am slowly becoming.
