How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

  • It has been quiet in here. My update is this...I am doing a Zombies, Run! couch to 5k program (says the girl who was walking less than 1000 steps a day back in April). 😲 My latest workout attached, which was running for 23 mins and walking for 19. Also, I weighed in at my lowest ever weight this morning, 182 (below my total goal from this game, and down from my starting weight back in December of 231). I am making progress, just quiet, slow progress!!
