How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

got the promotion I interviewed for earlier in the week. Was a little shocked to get the offer letter so quickly, but am beyond excited to transition to my new role in 2 weeks! Also, excited that I will be able to staring working out again because of increased flexibility. A little intimidated to go back to my gym because the last time I was there (pre fertility treatments, pre medically complex pregnancy, pre covid) I was super fit. I’m 60+ lbs heavier and I am trying to tell myself that the first time that will be the worst time, but the mental hurdle is real.

Congratulations on your promotion!!

I am not a gym gal but I really enjoy dancing. I signed up for a class, I was worried about my size. No one cared and I had so much fun! Find a gym that is a good fit for you. And congrats on your new job!
