Not sure what it is this time around but I’m 4lbs from goal and feel like at a stand still.

Keep up with water and pack smart snacks

Plan ahead for meals for sure! Fast food and hunger are a bad combo because you can overdo it quick just out of pure hunger.

If you're planning a special meal/trip to a special restaurant, look up the menu ahead of time and see what really catches your eye and plan the day around it if needed :)

Take your food with you. I drink protein shakes for breakfast & lunch when at home. When I travel, I take them and drink at least one daily. Also I second the healthy snacks idea!!! Be prepared!
