How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Hey, everyone. Could really use your tips. After missing my last weigh-in after really giving it my all, I’ve since had gallbladder removal surgery (last Thursday) and was told by my surgeon not to workout for about a month.

I’m so bummed out, especially after the progress I’ve made since January, and I’m terrified of losing that progress and momentum.

Anyone experience this and have tips? Also—will this bloating ever go away?!

Surgery makes your body retain water while it heals. It will go down in a few days. Feel better soon!

Focus on diet, water and lots of walking. The bloating will get better. You can still do this
