I haven’t been on here much, and won’t bore you all with my ongoing challenges, but I do want to try to pull things together and succeed. I’m not going to make my target (again) and my grandson broke my scale, so I had to find my old scale and will be using that. I don’t know if they weigh differently, but I wouldn’t make my mark either way as I am too far from it. I hope my weigh in will be acceptable so I can move on from here. Sorry to be a bummer, but I am trying to turn things around. Best of luck to all for this weigh in. #takemymoney

I’m in the same basket as you are. Lots of unexpected challenges this past month… no need to make excuses for ourselves or for anyone else. What’s important is that we handle life’s challenges as gracefully as possible and then make sure that we don’t fail to prioritize our own health & happiness.

It’s ok to take a couple of steps backwards to brace for a strong headwind. Now, we get low, bend our knees and make a strong push forward. It might be slow progress, but we CAN, still get where we need to go. It’s not too late to win this 6-month diet bet.

Shall we plan to meet-up again at the end of the race?? What can we do today to take one step in that right direction?? See you at the finish line!
