How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

I wish I could report progress towards my goal but I am exactly where I started. Not all bad, just not where I wanted to be. I am going to keep doing what I've been doing -- portion sizes, water intake, and, through suggestions here, upping my workout intensity (which didn't seem to have a negative impact on the injuries I've been nursing) and tracking my food. Peace and health to you all and I hope that your progress is going well!

I’m moving slowly, but have not been as diligent as you have. The eat more fruits and veggies challenge this week in another Dietbet is getting me a bit more on track. Good luck to you. Hopefully, you will Break through your plateau soon.

It's all a work in progress as frustrating as it might be sometimes.
