How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

OK so this is advice on what my experience has been. They do say that weight loss is 80% diet and 20% exercise. Also you cannot out exercise a bad diet. My two demons are Sugar and Sodium. When I consume processed foods that have higher levels of both I see my weight go up. When I lower those intakes down my weight goes down. Sodium will cause you to retain fluids and sugar causes inflammation at least in me. Now that I am older (55) I notice that when I eat those in greater amounts at night time my calves are like inflated balloons or at least feel like it. This past week I seen my weight go as high as 229lbs and back down to 224.5lbs just by lowering my intake of Sugar and Sodium. So dont beat yourself up over a couple of pounds and look more ate what you are eating. Does not mean stop exercising. LOL Just some of my thoughts and advice.
