  • Mondays are just longer than any other day! This is my afternoon "go to" for my pick-me-up. I figured out that I was eating more nuts than I thought. So I count them out in to my cup, then eat them. Slowing down my eating, and helping making me more aware of the serving size. Just over 200 calories, including my favorite drink packet. And then I was ready to finish my work day!!
