How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

  • First straight run of 3 miles since October! I actually surprised myself I haven’t been consistently exercising until this week when I started 75 hard. I told myself I wanted to be back to 6 miles by the time it was over and it definitely seems achievable 💕 was it slow YES but I got it done!

Way to go on this. I’ve been working on running more and ended up pacing around the same for my two miles today. Kudos to you on getting the extra one in. My goal is to be able to run a 5k continuously.
