You will start seeing it fluctuate. Write your food down and focus on your water goal. Once you start seeing a trend, i.e. it is going up 2 days or 3 days in a row, change something. If it is going down, then keep doing what you are doing. It happens fast. If this is a big change from how you are eating then the scale will move quickly but if it isn't, you will have to be diligent in tracking and in analyzing to start to figure out what is working and what is not.
