Hi! 👋 I had a quick drop on my weight on the first week and have been struggling to maintain it since. Not far from the goal but I still have a lot to do loose in the overall picture.

I was a pound below my goal at the middle of week 2 and now I’m 2.2 pounds above from it. Super bummed but know what to do to lose it.

I feel the exact same as Megan!

I ate out a couple times and despite good choices still have seen an increase! Bummer!

Ugh, I’ve gained 4 pounds instead of losing any. Joined the DietBet hoping to get myself back in weight loss mode and it’s just not working, I’m not doing the work the way I need to right now. And it’s okay. I’ve learned good things.
