For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

3 more weeks in this round...how's everyone doing? I've gained a pound since last week, but I think it's just water/food weight. I've pretty much maxed out my diet/exercise/calorie deficit strategies, at least for me, I hate being tired or hungry, so I'm not pushing things too far. So now I have to just patiently wait for the rest of of the weight to fall off, which I hate, because I'm not patient. Anyone have any good diet book/website recommendations? Sometimes those help me to stay focused/distracted while I'm waiting for things to happen.

I've tried not eating anything after dinner and definitely noticed a difference, but I get so hungry that sometimes it interferes with my sleep. So now I do a small snack, but I'm really trying to eat it earlier and earlier to where it's closer to right after dinner. It is a game changer it's just so hard! Maybe I'll just start with one or two nights a week, I can probably do that without feeling like I'm starving, lol :grinning:.
