How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

  • I resisted the temptation of a brownie sundae Monday night and of tons of baked goods this morning. This has been a tough week but I have my eye on the prize...which is better health. Also found out today I have extremely high cortisol and very low progesterone which both have symptoms of making it really hard to lose weight so I'm hopeful now that I'll be on medicine for both. Despite it being hard I'm still slowly losing. For me it's little wins at a time...and non scale victories. Also I got a new haircut!!

I’ve been dealing with cortisol issues too, partially med related and partially stress related for me, as far as little extra things that may help, I’ve found yin yoga to be helpful along with proper sleep hygiene. I also take Ashwagandha and magnesium in the evenings. All were recommended by my docs, but of course talk to yours first to see what they think :) Congratulations on your progress so far! Your hair looks beautiful!
