For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

I started out at 211.8 on January 1st. Just like last year, I told myself I need to lose weight, be healthier, and drink less alcohol…I am so happy to report so far this year I am on that trail to doing so! I am down to 193.4 lbs right now (-18.4lbs), over 5 weeks alcohol free, and overall in a healthier & happier mindset! Sometimes my monkey mind tells me I won’t hit my goal of being 150lbs or less in my lifetime and these habits won’t stick. BUT, I remind myself I have that power to show up, I am doing it, and I love doing it! I am changing my reality! This is not a diet it’s my lifestyle now. I am thankful for this journey with all of you! Let’s keep killing it!

Monkey minds love to try to keep us doing the thing that we are most comfortable with and not doing the thing that's hard.
