How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Scale is not moving!!!! So frustrating. I feel like I’m doing all the right things. I’m wondering if my portion sizes are bigger than I’m tracking. Maybe too much salt?! Maybe not enough water. At this rate I will not hit goal for this round. Ugh! Going to workout now.

Somer is right.

There are also a little hidden or forgotten calories in what we eat.

Wit that said, don't starve, dehydrate or overwork yourself. Keep your body strong and focus on how you feel. Pounds off slowly and obtaining a healthy weight for life is the goal. Crashing down in weight and jumping back up is not the way to go.

Was it moving and then it stopped? I currently hit a plateau. Usually I end up at the same weight for 7-10 days and then it suddenly drops again. It can be frustrating, but I just keep going.
