How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

  • Do you meal prep? Ingredient prep? Wing it?
I plan my breakfast/lunch/snacks and eat the same thing for my work week.
Dinners are family meals and I'll make necessary swaps.
Tonight is nachos. I am using Quest chips, and I'll add something else to my plate like veggies and bolthouse ranch. Tuesday is Pho and I'll use zoodles instead of noodles. Monday and Wednesday are busy days so we will do easy lunchable style meals. And Thursday is grilled cheese and tomato soup-I'm choosing to have a light progresso soup with added chicken.

Annie- yes, I use Sunday as my prep day. I also ingredient prep for dinners if needed and kids' breakfast. This week is easy,so not as much prep needed. I do this just to make my life easier, not necessarily for weight.

I love meal planning! And I love that you shared yours. Since I really enjoy cooking, I tend to have most success with ingredient prep.
