My newest mantra.

If I do what I did, I will get what I got!!!!

In the past I have done 1 month diet bets and I push myself for a month to lose the weight, and I keep saying to myself, when I win the money back, I can what I want. And I have done that many, many times. And I now know that for me, its very unhealthy because I will push myself to win.

In this 6 month challenge, it is different. Its slow enough and long enough to createa a space for true change.

And I am doing what I did, because most of it does work. And I am upping my choices to allow for change!!!!
