The skinny cow chocolate ice cream sandwiches have been really good , I get them from target & they’re like 100-150 calories each , I have them at the end of the day if I can fit them into my calorie deficit.

I would take a couple of chocolate chips and let them melt in my mouth. As long as that is satisfying and doesn't create a downward spiral
