For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

  • It's Workout Wednesday! What activities are you all up today?

    Need some motivation? Choose from one of these activities:

    -Go for a walk, or hop on the treadmill
    -Lift weights
    -Choose an exercise (push-ups, sit-ups, etc) and do 10 reps
    -Turn up the music and dance
    -Do a 1 minute plank
    -Find an online workout video (YouTube, etc)
    -Be creative, what's an activity you enjoy that you haven't done in a while?
