Eating used to be a lot more fun, but the time between meals was not fun. Aches, pains, discomfort and self disgust filled the time between meals. I've lost 110 pounds so far and eating may not be as much fun as it used to be, but the time between meals is way better. I want to lose 45 more pounds. I found diet bet last month and it/all of you are helping me keep going towards my goal!
