  • Need to firm up my yoga and weight lifting routine. Been mall walking 5 x per week so that’s good and food plan is going good too. Will be creating a consistent checkin schedule too. Nice :) down two pounds and that’s with being on my cycle so I’ll take that win. Joined a StepBet to do at the same time. Next week I’ll actively get going with strength days. Also back to focusing on nutrition (despite going out last night to a speakeasy haha)
