How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

I officially hit my January goal for this game and the kickstarter! Traveling the next 2 days so need to resist the travel temptations. I did pack my food for today and tomorrow.

Now I will say I’ve done this game in years past and have watched others be in this position. Feeling like what am I doing wrong. Reflecting on the past. I wasn’t logging and truly measuring my foods. I wasn’t incorporating flavors/tasty foods. Chicken and vegetables can get boring quickly. While I have always worked out. I’m also doing the step bet and moving more throughout my day to get to my step goals.

The step goal is really helping me this time around. As long as I get out there I'm proud I'm doing better than I did before! We got this!!
