Last Sunday I went over my calorie goal. I divided that amount by the week and reduced my calories a little each day to make up for it. I’m also sticking with my new weight lifting goal using the FitnessAi app and getting my steps thanks to StepBet!

I’m going on vacation in April so I really need to stick to my plan to keep up with my Round 3 and 4 goals.
