  • Happy Saturday! How is everyone’s day going? I made my first tofu today! Did all the things, drained pressed, seasoned and it was delicious! Definitely not the protein hit my Chicken breast is but it was yummy! Going to keep playing with it and incorporate some other plant based protein options to work to get my protein to my macro goal just with plants. It’s interesting for sure! Anyone else incorporate/fuel with plant based protein? Going to get SOME TVP, Soy protein powder and possible some seitan-it may take some planning, but I’m sure I can get to a fully plant based protein day.

I've used my fitness pal in the past ! But with a toddler at home these days, I don't really have the energy, I just make sure I eat a sufficient amount of protein in every meal. But that app definitely helped me to understand the macro makeup of different foods for sure.
