I try to eat between 11-6, although I’m not strict about it…

I try to do 16/8, I use the Simple app and I like it a lot! Even when I don’t stick exactly to it the app is really helpful for getting back on track.

Be sure to check your measurements every so often, heart rate, and other “non-scale” improvements. Of course this bet is about weight loss specifically, but we have to focus on our whole health, too!

  • Hi, I’m Lori from MA. I’m a stay-home, homeschool mom of two boys. As I watch them growing up I’m starting to realize that I need to take care of myself to be the best for them, and to get as much time with them this side of Heaven as I can! This is definitely not my first rodeo, but I’m hoping to keep my grip on that saddle for good this time! I’ve recently started intermittent fasting (I’m using a guided app called Simple, and so far so good!) and I feel like it’s going to be a helpful approach for me to take. My pitfall is snacking (ok, bingeing, let’s call it what it is 😅) at night after the kids are in bed and I have a little time to myself. So - I’m grabbing this bull by the horns and not letting go! Let’s do this! 💪😎

Binge—but on good food lmao. Like carrots, broccoli, leafy greens. If you’re hungry, you’ll eat those things happily. If you’re not hungry, and it’s just a sugar or chips craving—well drink some water and resist :joy:

  • Here I am! So sick of losing the same 20ish pounds over and over! I’m sure my body is sick of it too! I struggle with Hypothyroidism and Hashis but am very active even when I’m tired. I’m 46 so it’s getting harder and harder but I’m determined. I wore a bikini 2 years ago in Aruba and I’d like to wear one again this Summer. Let’s do this!!

Hi everyone! This is my first challenge. I’m still carrying about 40 extra pounds that I gained when I was working from home during COVID. I’m over 40 and have definitely noticed that the weight doesn’t come off nearly as easy as it used to. I’m excited about this challenge!
