    I encourage everyone to break into a skip at some point - it really feels amazing and puts a smile on your face!

    Along with that, try something playful that makes you feel like a kid again! Skip, jump rope, hula hoop, hop scotch, toss a ball, play tag, jump on a trampoline, roller skate, etc..

I won too, but I’m disappointed with the payout. I paid 240 and won 310. So it’s only a 50 dollar profit. If I don’t lose 5.5 pounds by April 25th to meet my 3 month DietBet, I’ll lose that 50 bucks! Geez, that’s gambling for ya, I guess. I better diet hard this month.

Due to very challenging personal circumstances (psychological and physical stress as well as joyful events), I totally lost my appetite. It feels very strange to me that I have to remind me to eat. Even though it's good for my weightloss- journey, it feels a bit scary and I will be glad when I'll have gained back my inner balance.

I'm so sorry you're going through that. I've been going through a tough time myself, and it's been making me physically ill. I've lost a bunch of extra weight, but I'd much rather feel like myself again and not be sick. Hope you feel better soon!

  • Plan tomorrow’s meal today.

    Even if you’re not a hardcore meal planner, we can all agree that when we make better choice when we have a plan. I can personally attest to how much easier it is when I track my food the day before! It allows you to think about your day as a whole before you have to grab anything because you’re hungry.

    Try writing down your meals and snacks for tomorrow now. Even a rough guideline will do. Let us know what you plan to eat, and come back and share if it helped you make better choices!

Totally fell off the wagon last couple days :(
I find when I don't get enough sleep I want to eat all day and want sugar and carbs:(

I totally understand. It's been weeks of insomnia for me now, and my quality and quantity of food are suffering for it.
