if fewer than 25% of players "lose" the game then there is not enough overage for the rest to have a gain in their bet.

  • Hi Everyone!
    I’m excited at the mix in our New Year group, and the motivation is already obvious!
    I’m sure many of us are here with resolutions in mind. If this is you, I encourage you to state your resolution. But more than that, make it very specific. We all want to lose weight, but our brains need detail. Like, “I will substitute leafy greens for a carb at at least one meal a day”, or "I will add 10 minutes of brisk walking to whatever else I do 5 days a week”.
    You get it. Think about it. Plan. Be specific. Let us know.
    There will be a test.

    Me: Go to the gym 1-2 days/week, strength training at home 1-2 days/week, 2x recumbent bike 30min, 2x walk 30-60min./week + lose the 5 lbs I put back in December😁

Workout 4x’s per week and cook more (in bulk) with my toddler. We made stuffed peppers with ground turkey and rice last night. I love that I’m teaching her healthy habits that she can learn and love.

I will be exercising 6 days out of the week. Be it walking or going to the gym. I also need to work on my eating habits. Making healthier choices. We tend to eat a lot of fattier foods. Need to stop that
