- Hello diet bet family! The last game/last month was a total bust for me, but that's ok! We are here to start fresh! I am starting this dietbet way higher than I was a month ago, but it's ok! Sickness, loss in the family, trying to figure out my eczema (on a new shot with side effects), down and depressed, feeling so yucky from eating bad and not moving my body.....I am ready for a fresh start!
This time, I am doing a 75 self-love challenge to help me feel better. Some of the goals I have for myself are track all my food, even on not so great days, drink 80 ounces of water, walk 30 minutes a day, move my body 15 minutes a day (stretch, hoop, dance,etc) walk my dog(she's a beagle so not much walking and a lot of sniffing lol) she needs exercise too=) and skincare every night to help with my eczema.
What are your goals for this dietbet? I am excited to be back and feel better! Its amazing what eating junk does to your body and mood.
