For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

For this last Weigh-in I got rid of the sugar bowl. No more white sugar. And I am a person who will sometimes have two or 3 cups of coffee a day. I substituted Splenda for the sugar in my coffee & also on my cereal a couple times a week…
2 weeks & NOTHING, Not a pounds difference?
How can this be so...
Also in the beginning I gave up having a can of coca-Cola, 1or2 a day, and that too I didn’t see any difference.

Any thoughts?

Had to give up my Splenda, too. Went cold turkey on Diet sodas also because they make you crave sugar so you have to be super careful to not replace artificial sweeteners with sugar found in food that are actually healthy...like bananas :banana: Love them, but I had to stop. The natural sugars were sabotaging my weight loss :disappointed_relieved:

No more splenda - at least the versions that contain dextrose or maltodextrin! These affect the blood sugar much like sugar. You need sweeteners with a low low glycemic index. Switch to pure stevia, erythritol, or sucralose.

It might be a good idea to reduce grains as well, i.e., the cereal. These basically get turned into sugar in the bodyas well. Not necessarily eliminate them (although that is an option) but try reducing and see if you notice any positives. Maybe an egg for breakfast with some avocado rather than cereal. Good luck!
