How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

This is my first Transformer and it's definitely a different mentality than the Kickstarters I've done. The need to show continued progress and not just "relax" once hitting a few pounds is what I need. While the Kickstarters have been great for me over the last couple yrs when I needed a reset, I've been able to achieve them much more easily as at that level it can be a lot of water weight and just clean eating a week or so before. I'm looking forward to this Round 2 of Transformer to keep me acountable longer term.

SAME. On Monday I weighed out for a kickstarter. By Friday, I was still good for this round one, but I was up 3lbs. I started with 95lbs to loose, and that's not going to come off of I keep losing the same weight over and over again!

I really like how the goal is to maintain between month 5 and 6. That is the hardest part. This helped me a lot with that yo-yo-ing diet!
