How do you verify the weight loss?
For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

- A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

←Back to All Activity- Had our porch pictures taken yesterday (kids not pictured) and though I thought I would look better than I did I’m glad that I’m almost 14 lbs less than I was starting this DietBet. Having more pictures taken Saturday (because I’m a sucker, and two photographers got back to me who I didn’t want to say no to! But for both photo sessions including photo release only $175, so I’m okay with it!) and maybe I’ll be at that 15 lb loss mark by then!
