For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

I've made my goal for the month by 2 lbs. I've worked so hard, but I'm stressed because this weekend I will be visiting family and basically living out of a hotel and eating out, which is super challenging for me. Any suggestions? I'm not sure if the gym at our hotel will be open 😬

I think if you just keep your portions smaller for more calorically dense foods and be mindful than you should be fine.

I was just out of town for a job interview. I used the Peloton app, which is free for the first month. One day I did a 30 minute strength masked while in the hotel gym, and the next day I did a 30 minute body weight strength in my hotel room. It was a pretty good workout!
