How do you verify the weight loss?
For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

- A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

←Back to All Activity- My January Kickstarter had a great host with engaging questions, challenges, and rewards. One question was “What NON-FOOD REWARDS do you give yourself when you reach a goal?” Lots of people said haircuts, clothes, etc. I decided to buy myself a plant for each Kickstarter I won (I got the idea from another commenter.) Seeing January’s plant makes me happy, reminds me of the hard work I had to put in to get it, and motivates me to stay on track.
Here’s hoping my weight doesn’t creep back over my February Kickstarter goal this weekend, because while I was in town, I went ahead and bought this cute little guy today!
