For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

Out of nowhere I’m wholly losing motivation. BARELY made last month and I just know March is gonna be more difficult, especially since I have a girls trip planned for mid-month. I’ve just got to keep up with consistency.

Plan ahead for the meals for your trip like crazy, and then stick to the plan! You won't have any less fun, and you'll be proud of yourself at the end of the month when you are successful again!

You can do this! We have 3 more days in March to meet our goals than we did in February! Keep in mind that most of the weight you might gain on a splurge weekend is just water that will be gone in a few days if you get back to healthy habits when you come back from your trip. If you lower your daily calories by 100 - 200 (depending on what your daily calories are now, you don't want to go too low) until you leave that will make up for a good portion of the extra calories you'll consume on your trip. Planning ahead by bringing healthy snacks like protein bars and fruit can help you resist some unhealthy options. You can take some walks during the weekend to help burn some extra calories while exploring your destination. And looking up the menus of restaurants you will be going to and deciding ahead of time what your going to order that fits into your diet will help you keep on track. Don't give up, you've got this!
