I am feeling discouraged today. I am so sick of thinking about and making healthy food. I am completely lost without eggs. I don’t think I am going to stay off them long term unless I notice a big reaction when I reintroduce them. So I said forget it today, and I am just doing a liquid diet for the day. I know that’s not sustainable but I just need the scale to move and like I said I am sick of food! I’m kind of mad that this is NEVER going to be easy for me. I’ll never get to just eat what I want if I want to feel good and keep weight off. I’m just moody today, dang it!

The early days of an elimination diet are tough. What foods have you eliminated? How long until you start to reintroduce things? Sometimes it can help to mentally list all the things you *can* have to change the way you think about your food plan from a positive perspective
