How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

My weight is actually going down much faster than I've been anticipating! I did only start at about 155 so the increments between goals are pretty small, I was just a bit over the "overweight" threshold. But yesterday I weighed in at a new low and then today I was down a whole pound from that! I moved my scale around and weighed myself 3 times to make sure it was right. 😂 I do tend to overestimate calories and I don't count exercise in my tracker.

Going to be upping my calories and focusing more on building muscle now! Without holding my phone or wearing my weigh in clothes, I'm only 1.2lbs from my final goal.

Nice! I'm also focusing on strength. I don't know that I'll build much or anything in the way of muscle while I'm in a deficit, but I am keeping that deficit small and eating a lot of protein in hopes that I at least don't lose much of the muscle I already have as I lose these last few pounds of fat.
