  • So rejoined dietbet after while recovering from an ankle break and then went too hard playing football with friends, fell, and just got out of the hospital for wrist surgery ??????????? besides limiting activity because OUCH I need to avoid sweating to avoid infection so this battle is going to be fought in the kitchen at least for the next 2 months.

I’m sorry to hear you are injured again. I am a true believer that food is the key to weight loss. You cannot out exercise a bad diet. Now, don’t get me wrong exercise is important- but more so for your body’s heath, but for weight loss it’s all about the food. You could do some stretching exercises while you are recovering to be ready for when you can add some light exercise- you could also go for some light no sweat walks.
