How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

I didn’t bother weighing in this month as i haven’t lost a pound.

This month has been so hard, i have ADHD well suspect (4.5year assessment process still ongoing).

I have a few conditions that make it harder for me to lose weight but went all in and lost 8lbs and won my first month. Since then i have found it so hard to lose anything up and down by literally .1 of a pound. I have lost the momentum and its got me down.

Non scale victories this month i joined a gym a group 12 week programme for joint pain and i have been the last 2 weeks 4 sessions. I had an issue with sores on my leg and unable to walk properly with pain but still went. Next session tomorrow.

I have been trying to set boundaries at work to reduce last min asks leading to over working and reducing stress. Its not really going to plan but i am trying. Work stress has always been a trigger for me to turn to takeaways, mindless snacking and feeling low burnout so don’t exercise etc. This weekend has been 4 days in bed due to work stress after trying to set boundaries to respect my time , not being able to let go of the crap (as i know i have to deal with it next week) feeling tired and its stopped me from doing the things i wanted to do. I need to find a way to not let these things get to me so much. My life needs to come first over work bullshit. I think this might be an ADHD thing.

I think you should look into Wellbutrin

Here's one strategy you can try. We all can get overwhelmed and find out necessary to rely on takeout from time to time. Consider deciding in advance on four takeout meals or frozen & heat up at home meals that are somewhat better choices than what you might decide to choose spontabeously when you are exhausted and hungry and looking for comfort. These meals do not need to be perfect but if you have a few ideas in your back pocket you can just decide that when you are stressed and hungry, then you pick up one of these meals and you don't have to decide on the fly. You'll probably be able to save yourself 300-600 calories per meal with this tactic.
