How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

We're over halfway and I'm so glad I started when I did. My goals are still the same but my resolve is definitely a little slack for the last month or so.

Feeling quite low this week, zero energy and really just like I'm driving with the handbrake on.

How do you combat low mood or depression? I really wanted to get out for a walk each evening this week, but instead ended up comfort eating, staying up too late and sleeping through alarms...

Could you try a morning walk instead? My resolve is always lowest in the evening, but I tend to get things done in the morning.

Find a podcast or audiobook that you enjoy and link it to your wellbeing not your weight. Getting outside and getting exercise helps improve your mood. So think of it as medicine, or something like washing your teeth.
