Been knocked about with a cold bug for a few days, but I've set up my treadmill today for some gentle exercise. Hoping to get back to my weights by the weekend! Any suggestions for other gentle exercise to keep me going while I'm recovering?

Honestly, I love a good stretch session. Just stretching and moving my body around intuitively on a yoga mat can do wonders for me - especially if recovering from a cold. Good for you! :hearts:
