One week in and seeing a little progress on the scale. As ref Stacy posted, weekends are my nemesis. I don’t drink but we do eat out more when my bf is over. I don’t want to sabotage my loss and have setbacks. So we will move more in the nice weather and I’ll aim for good choices.
