Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

Finally (for the last 3 nights) able to stop eating early 6:30ish and go to bed early. Also eating healthier. It’s helping with the weight so far but I don’t know if I’m too far behind to make up the difference in time. The weight adds faster than it used to, but this five pounds is recent weight so maybe/hopefully it will be relatively easy to lose. Regardless, if I can quit eating before 7 on a regular basis, it’s a win!

For sure don't worry about hiw long it's going to take ! Stick with your plan and you win :trophy: .. some fasting has helped me alot ...I'm on day 4 of this fast !! But really the key is sticking to your goals ..You know what to do ...Let's just do it ! No eating after 7pm !!! Small clean meals only :yum:
