How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

  • Happy Friday! I'm feeling a bit like an outsider on DietBet and hope I am wrong. Last February I weighed 350 lbs. I switched to a ketogenic diet, cut all alcohol, carefully used supplements, and started exercising regularly. I have worked with both extended and intermittent fasting. In December I went to the carnivore diet. I feel great, I have lost 145 1bs, yes 350 to 205. Is anyone else using the carnivore approach? I see people posting fruits, vegetables, and salads. Where's the Beef?
