How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

2026 didn’t start off that well. I broke my toe, which means my running training is off the table for the next 2,5 weeks. I’m still showing up at the gym and focusing on strength training (doing everything that’s possible). 💪
Starting tomorrow, I’ll also begin protein fasting, which seems to work well for a lot of people, so I’m curious to see how it goes. The most important thing is to stay consistent and hope I can reach my target weight despite the obstacles that have come up. 😅
