Is anyone else here following Sherry - the Chinese baddie lol on TikTok? She gives all the amazing Chinese culture tips. One of the big ones is drinking hot water throughout the day, and boiling apples and drinking the water and eating the apples… you can add cinnamon, ginger, Goji berries, etc. I was a little stuck and have been doing it just for the last day and I was down 2 pounds this morning. I’ve also been very fine-tuning my diet, so I’m sure that has helped as well. Just a tip for anyone trying to lose those last couple of stubborn pounds!
