How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

My weight has been all over the place this week. I was steady losing almost a pound a day and then I woke up to a 3 lb gain. Eating is consistent at 1200 -1400 cal a day but my sleep is horrible.

I’m thinking definitely water fluctuations. You are doing all the things! Keep going strong :muscle:

I’m in perimenopause- so for me no amount of working out, and calorie deficit helped. Went to a hormone doctor and I needed my testosterone, progesterone and estrogen adjusted. Started to lose weight again. Slow but it started moving. Also, like Sarah said above, water fluctuation can be a huge factor and issue. Depending on the amount of sodium intake or if my body is retaining water due to weight lifting, I can hold onto 3-10lbs no joke and then next day I could go back down.
Keep going and stay consistent- always key. I have lost 110 lbs and it was not over night. And if you feel your hormones might be off, seeing a hormone dr never hurts too!

You’ve got this!
